University Campus Barnsley (UCB) is offering an opportunity for people with a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Health and Social Care to enhance their qualification.
Students can upgrade their HNC to a Higher National Diploma (HND) by completing a one-year ‘top-up’ course at UCB.
The course will involve further study for students in areas such as communicating in health and social care organisations, principles of practice, health and safety in the workplace and psychology for health and social care.
Programme Manager Lee Pryor said: “This course will allow students to improve their career prospects within health and social care settings by gaining the HND qualification. On completion students will be able to move into a variety of positions or further training.”
Fees for the course are £5,995 per year. For further information, please contact the Information Team on 01226 216 165 or email email@example.com.
