Business people in Barnsley are invited to a free HR seminar on rewarding staff and flexible benefits.
The seminar will take place on Thursday 16 April 12pm-2pm at the Barnsley Business and Innovation Centre in Wilthorpe. It will be headed by Martyn Potter, who is a HR and strategy consultant at accountancy firm BDO.
This free event is part of a programme of business support organised through the Barnsley HR Network, funded by Enterprising Barnsley. The HR Network gives Barnsley businesses easy access to free specialist advice on HR.
Judy Sidebottom, Enterprising Barnsley’s HR business consultant, said: “This seminar will look into how employers pay and reward their employees and other financial and non-financial rewards that they could give.
“The HR network seminars look at different employment issues and are a great way to keep businesses up-to-date with the latest HR matters.”
The ‘HR Network’ aims to help Barnsley business of all sizes develop and deliver excellent HR practices by providing free expert advice and up to the minute briefings.
