I’m feeling fine. I’m certainly not hungry although, as I state on the video, I would love a cup of sweet tea and a shortbread biscuit. I’m pleased that the stats taken this morning were reasonably good but there’s obviously room for improvement.
One thing I need to do is to learn how to cook in a more inventive way and using a lot more herbs and spices!! For Breakfast I had a spring onion and tomato omelette on spinach and cucumber with a bowl of strawberries and apple covered in bio yoghurt and cinnamon to sweeten.
For tea it was steamed vegetables with mint, sautéed salmon and bio yogurt mixed in with cucumber and chives followed by a banana. Training tomorrow at 9.30. Night night 🙂 x
