Ok, so it’s Day 28 of the trial and it is finally at an end…….or is it?
No! It’s just the beginning. I feel so much better than I did 28 days ago and, as I said before, this is NOT A DIET. It is a change to my eating habits and, for those who know me and how much I love my food, they will know this is true. I can now reintroduce some of the foods I took out for the trial and on a weekly basis I can have 90 % pure and 10% ‘dirty’ 🙂
I’ve lost 71bs in weight and it would have been 11lbs had I not done the exercise regime as ive gained 41bs in lean muscle. I’ve lost 3 inches around my waist and, in total, 7 inches all over. I feel so much fitter, my skin feels great and my dry shins are now smooth. I’ve attached my before, during and after photos just so you can see the difference. I would highly recommend this and I must say a massive “thank you” to Richard at Inner Unit for letting me do this and for the personal training I received. Thankyou 🙂
