Barnsley College is offering a new GCSE Science course which can be studied on a part-time basis from September 2014.
The course will offer students the opportunity to upgrade their qualification, particularly to train for careers such as nursing, teaching and midwifery.
The 30-week course will run on Wednesday evenings from 6.00pm to 9.00pm.
Programme Manager Lee Pryor said: “This course is open to anyone looking to enhance their GCSE Science qualification, especially if they need an improved grade to go on to further study or training.
“It is also ideal for people who work full-time as they can combine their job with attending classes one evening each week.”
Students must currently have a grade D in GCSE Science or a Level 2 qualification in Science to enrol on the course.
The course is priced at £549. For more information, call the Information Team on 01226 216 123 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
